The activities allowed in Phase 2 of the de-escalation of confinement measures due to the coronavirus have increased after the publication of an order this Saturday that modifies the previous conditions initially approved on May 16.
Phase 2 reinforces mobility for citizens and reduces restrictions on the reopening of numerous facilities and services, although it maintains some restrictions.
The main measures, published in the BOE and also included in a guide published by the Executive, are the following:
Social measures
– You can travel around the province, island or reference territorial unit in groups of maximum 15 people. There is no limit to the number of group members if the people are cohabitants.
– The established safety and hygiene measures are maintained, such as the Email Data minimum safety distance of two meters.
– People up to 70 years old can carry out non-professional physical activity at any time except between 10:00 and 12:00 and between 19:00 and 20:00.
– Wakes may be held with a maximum limit of 25 people in outdoor spaces or 15 people in closed spaces. The procession for the farewell of the deceased person is restricted to a maximum of 25 people.
– Attendance at places of worship will be allowed as long as their capacity does not exceed 50%.
– Weddings can take place in all types of facilities, public or private, as long as their capacity does not exceed 50%. A maximum of 100 people can attend in outdoor spaces or 50 people in closed spaces.
Labor measures
– Whenever possible, the continuity of teleworking will be encouraged. For those who go to their centers, the necessary measures must be adopted to comply with hygiene and/or prevention measures for workers.
– Guarantee availability of hydroalcoholic gels, replace the fingerprint at check-in with another system or disinfect the device and when interpersonal safety distance cannot be guaranteed, ensure protective equipment appropriate to the level of risk.
– If there are symptoms, put a mask on the worker and contact the authorized telephone number or health center, and they must leave their workplace until their medical situation is assessed by a health professional.
– Time adjustments at entrances and exits to avoid concentrations.

Establishment hygiene measures
– Cleaning and disinfection of facilities at least twice a day and of workplaces after shift change.
– The distance between seller and customer will be at least one meter when there are protection or barrier elements, or two meters without these elements.
– In the case of services that do not allow maintaining distance, such as hairdressers, beauty centers or physiotherapy, protective equipment appropriate to the level of risk must be used.
– Fitting rooms occupied by one person and disinfection after use.
