Darias, together with the Minister of Health, Sira Ripollés, has visited the San Jorge Hospital in Huesca, which is one of those that will benefit from the INVEAT Plan in the Autonomous Community of Aragon.
The High Technology Investment Plan (INVEAT), financed with Next Generation EU funds, will involve an investment of 26.6 million for the acquisition Special Data or renovation of 28 pieces of equipment: four linear accelerators, 10 computed tomography (CT) devices, three CT/RT, a brachytherapy team, two hemodynamics rooms, two radioneurology rooms, 3 SPECT-CT, one PET-CT and two MRIs. The province of Huesca will receive 5 million euros, of which 3.3 will go to the San Jorge Hospital.

In Spain, the INVEAT Plan represents an investment of 795 million euros in the National Health System, which will allow 851 teams to be renewed or expanded. The minister has stressed the importance of this investment that allows us to expand diagnostic and therapeutic capacity, with technological innovation. Likewise, she has indicated that the Government's objective is to improve people's lives.
During the visit to Huesca, the minister was accompanied by the Government delegate in Aragon, Rosa Serrano, and also visited the City Hall, where she met with the mayor, Luis Felipe Serrate and other members of the Municipal Corporation, after the meeting has signed in the book of honor.
