During all this time of the current quarantine caused by COVID-19, we have been monitoring the behavior of the real estate market, and analyzing how it affects the generation of leads in digital media for the real estate industry in Latin America.
These metrics are influenced by several behaviors that work together when analyzing a campaign, and you can read more information in our Analyze the 2019 Digital Performance Blog .
As we do in each analysis, we will talk about Telegram Number Data the standard metrics, and the performance, which is nothing more than the multiplication of the CTR * LTR, which gives us the performance of the campaign.
In this graph we see the Performance in yellow, and how it continues to present a stable upward trend. We observe that the average CTR remains very stable fortnight after fortnight, and the values that present considerable variation are the CPI and the LTR.
As we know, the CPI is given by the competition, which we notice is investing more and more, so we should do the same to counteract that growth, and be able to keep the LTR high, generating a good number of Leads.
Analyzing each metric separately, we find that the biweekly average CTR has a healthy behavior and follows the high fortnight after fortnight.
The LTR is almost 6 percentage points, which tells us good health and performance.
Finally, the average number of leads continues to grow steadily, which represents excellent news for the industry. In the second fortnight we thought it might drop a little, but as we see it rebounded, which indicates an excellent opportunity to boost our campaigns.
